Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States, and checkout will not accept those addresses. If you are in one of them and need a part, call us at (315) 853-6151 and we will quote the freight by hand.

Carriers

Parcel shipments go by UPS. Local deliveries go on our own truck. Heavy and oversize items go by freight carrier, and we contact you to schedule the delivery.

Shipping costs

Free on orders of $75 and up, a flat $9 under that, free for counter pickup. The flat rate is charged once per order, not per part. Overnight and two-day service, where the order allows it, is charged at the carrier's price and shown at checkout before you pay. Freight-quoted items are priced individually. We do not add a separate handling charge.

Handling and delivery times

In-stock parts ordered before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day usually ship the same day; later orders, weekends and holidays ship the next business day. Parts we order from the manufacturer for you usually ship in 3 to 5 business days from the regional depot and 5 to 7 business days when they come from the supplier. The estimate for your own order is shown before you pay.

If we cannot ship within the time shown, we will contact you with a revised date. You may accept the new date or cancel the order for a full refund, and we will refund a cancelled prepaid order within 7 working days. You can cancel free of charge at any time before the order ships. Once a part is with the carrier, delivery time depends on the carrier, weather and other things outside our control.

Heavy, oversize and hazardous items

Parts over 150 lb cannot travel by parcel at all and ship by freight only. Heavy and oversize parts below that are excluded from free and flat-rate shipping; their part page asks you to call for a freight quote instead of showing a shipping price.

Hazardous items — batteries, oils, fuels, paints and aerosols — travel by ground only and cannot be sent overnight or by air. Some cannot be shipped at all and are counter pickup only.

Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available to receive large or heavy shipments. For freight deliveries, a suitable receiving area and handling equipment may be required. Inspect packages for visible damage at delivery; report any issues to the carrier immediately and contact us with the carrier's reference number.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin). Claims for damaged or lost goods in transit must be reported promptly per the carrier's requirements. We will assist with filing claims when needed.
